Experience
I turn strategic ambition into operating reality. I’ve spent my career in the stretch between a strategy and the way a company works, first as a founder, then as a consultant, and for the last eight years inside large, regulated financial services companies.
The short version: I led a multi-year enterprise strategy, I’m now designing and implementing the operating model that came out of it, and along the way I took an AI tool from an experiment to 22,000 advisors. The longer version is below.
Northwestern Mutual
Vice President, Enterprise Transformation (2026 to present)
Vice President, Enterprise and Client Strategy (2025)
Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships (2023 to 2025)
Vice President, Client Experience Strategy (2021 to 2023)
2021-Present
Today I’m designing and implementing the company’s new enterprise operating model across 8,000+ colleagues, with a team of 15. It grew out of the multi-year strategy I led with the senior leadership team in 2025, and we’ve piloted it in four business areas with nearly 400 colleagues, seeing early efficiency gains and lower costs.
Before that I turned around the company’s innovation accelerator and cut its monthly spend by more than $200K. I incubated Active Listening AI there, then launched and scaled it as business owner. 22,000 advisors use it today, with 95%+ positive ratings on accuracy and time saved.
